Mine was handled with care, no cracks or nothing! I was indecisive about getting the 59x18 or 65x22. Im 5’2 and wanted something a bit talker than me. I went with the 65x22 and I chose correctly! I was originally going to get it LED but they were sold out in the size I went with. Plus I dont really use the LED funtion. So this one just does the justice and is gorgeous. I have my intial that matches, bought at Tj Maxx and thought this mirror would compliment it!!

Wanted to have a “diamond” mirror in our Master Closet. But not Diamond shaped… little jewels within! This worked perfectly as we wanted a full length mirror. And you can choose to either hang it or stand on floor. We chose to hang out and simply removed the stand that was screwed on. We bought 3 of these and aligned in our Master Closet. Looks like a boutique in there! Beautiful.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect and simply gorgeous! If it was not broken. Update. After I set it up there are several cracks in the glass. With the Chrystal’s behind it you can’t see it right away. I got it on a special price. Mind you this was 3 days after I received the mirror. They will not price match the mirror to my timeframe of purchase. Even though the mirror was damaged in shipping I believe. They said the company is not fulfilled through Amazon so they cannot refund for price it was when bought. I’m sorry Amazon is partnered with this company they need to fix this. I’m not paying this much for a mirror for it to be broken. It was also delayed in transit with usps even tho it was supposed to be shipped with Amazon prime. Not pleased with the service at all.

I loved this mirror and was hesitant to buy, due to the reviews of it being damaged upon arrival, and I wasn't disappointed. It arrived very damaged and the box looks like a truck ran over it. Seller was fast to pick up the mirror at my home to return. I then reordered another one, hoping it would not be damaged. surprise, it arrived damaged again with 3 cracks in the bezel. Im on the fence about returning it and trying one more time, but am scared that it will be worse than this one. I hate that I spent around 500 for this and I am looking for someone to fix it or wanting to return it...the more I thought I could live with the cracks, the more I think I cant. Otherwise, if shipping were not as rough, Id give this 5 stars, its a beautiful, heavy, and very stunning mirror. Just wish the shipping wasnt so rough.

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about this purchase as the reviews shared once they opened the packaging the mirror would be cracked. After having the mirror in my cart for some time I went ahead with the purchase. I did get the biggest mirror. The video does it no justice. I looks smaller than its actual size. My only request would be to have a battery option for those who do want to hang the mirror. Aside from that, the packaging was protected well. Maybe they got better after the reviews? Anyway, you won’t be disappointed with this product!
