  • Unbelievably overpriced.
I was forced to buy a new graphics card that could handle development in Unity. I only had a $1000 budget. This was the best I could do, overall. The card is fine, but it's nearly 2-3x the cost it should be. I'm ashamed and embarrassed that I was put into a position where I felt pressured to buy this overpriced brick of rare earth metals. Why are they this overpriced? They are built with anti-mining in mind. Miners are not buying these at the same rate as they used to. The only remaining answer is Nvidia/MSI's pure greed. I'm ashamed and disgusted. ... show more

  • Incredible GPU, Terrible Purchase Date
The GPU market is demolished right now. Low stock, miners, material, production, and labor shortages. This is something that can't be helped. If you're wanting to upgrade your rig or building for the first time, figure out what games you want to play, what their requirements are, and go from there. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Even if you have to play some newer Triple A titles at lower resolutions or graphics settings, spending some time with that until you can afford the $1,200 pricetag (after taxes and shipping), I would definitely recommend that first. If you can afford an NVIDIA 3000 series and that's what you're going for, it's an incredible experience. I haven't really been able to put mine through its due paces yet, but so far, it's an amazing GPU and I'm blown away by it's performance as a first-time PC gamer ... show more

  • Great card
Always been a fan of MSI, good quality for price. Runs great. Not super loud, handles whatever games I've been throwing at it. Couldn't ask for more.

  • Remember... This is a $400 card...
Unfortunately my old card died and I needed a replacement. But keep in mind this is a $400 card. It runs amazing and I love it but remember that the market for these is horrible and it's disgusting having to pay over 2 times MSRP.. Dont buy if you don't need.

  • Very good gaming video card
Even the 3070, 3080, and 3090's are out now this 3060's is still a very good buy for the money and it performs very well. By raw numbers comparison it seems a bit less however when actually playing games you can't tell the difference.

  • Not like theres much of a choice...
I paid over double what it's worth but what are you gonna do. The goal post for the end of the shortage keeps getting moved. Wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't end in 2023. Oh yeah, works great by the way.
