The monitor did not work, The monitor would detect in windows put would not output an image. I also tried it on a Xbox Series X but had the same issue of it not outputting picture. I unplugged, used different cables. Nothing seems to work. I would have really enjoyed this monitor with the very nice adjustable stand.But unfortunately i was given a defective one. This is the best monitor I've had to this day. I don't know who the 1 star review guy thinks he is saying this piece of hardware is anything but gorgeously fast. Ignore the 1 star review this monitor will not disappoint you in anyway. Just make sure to tweak the settings to get the maximum picture quality you desire. The monitor itself looks good and very slick looking. The graphics look so good. The reason I might be returning it. After unboxing and setting up, I plugged it in and it powered up but had a black screen with my mouse cursor being able to move. After I got graphics I made sure it was updated and ran a few games at max settings. The monitor would go black for a few seconds then come back. It had power since the game audio was still there. I cycled power, disconnected for the outlet and restarted. I havenโ€™t had an issue but it doing all this within the first hour of having it makes me think something is wrong with it. ... show more

So I wanted to wait a little bit before doing my review on this monitor. It all started out really good I enjoyed this monitor itโ€™s really fast and itโ€™s what you would expect from a 1440 240hz monitor. But about 2 and a half months later the black screen started to happen. I was thinking that it was my doing, so I went through all my setting to make sure it was the monitor and I also looked up the reviews to see if others had the same problem and it seems this is a on going issue with this monitor. I would love to say buy it before the screen issues I really would of said buy it. But now after this black screen thing going on I would have to say pass on it. Tk the guy that gave a one star wanting a g7 I wish you the best of luck I just returned my g7 because itโ€™s a trash monitor. Black screen, tearing, lines, dead pixels fluctuating brightness etc. I tried every fix to date and nothing. So Iโ€™m here because msi has never let me down been on the same msi monitors for 4 years no issues so I hoping this one is the same ... show more
