Edit: this monitor is AMAZING for movies, just watched Aquaman on it and it was like watching it at Cinemark, colors so good it gave me goosebumps. Playing mass effect legendary at 1440p 120fps using a 4060 ti and it’s butter smooth, I love it. It’s absolutely heavenly playing games on this. Watching videos with a lot of skin is also great. You’re probably buying this for gaming it’s a bargain for 1 billion colors and quantum dot. Brings old games back to life like this classic in the pictures. Fortnite is also eye candy. Well packaged, arrived with minimal bumps and bruises on box corners from transport. Internal packaging prevented any damage from shipping. Setup was easy enough after a couple of video reviews. Upgrading from an MSI 1080p monitor so my in game picture quality is impressive. Richer colors and sharper image. Due to video compression constraints, an out of game image quality boost was not noticed but monitor was not purchased with watching YouTube videos in mind. ... show more

    • Returned after just 1 week!
I had a curved 1080p monitor before and loved it so I thought a 1440p curved would be amazing, I was wrong. First off, 32" curved monitor is just to big unless your 4-5 feet away from it, it was hurting my eyes after only an hour! Second, the viewing angle is terrible! Just sitting back in my chair changed the color and brightness so much I had to adjust it every single time. I think this is because of the curve and size of the monitor. Third, The color is not great. For the amount of money I spent I expected so much more. I spent some time trying to make sure it was actually outputting 1440. Also the backlight shows through really badly. So bad it ruins any kind of dark screen/gameplay. Fourth, a dead pixel showed up after just a few hours of gaming, are you kidding me??? If your looking at a monitor at this price point do yourself a favor and 1) Don't buy MSI. I found out after the fact that the problems I experienced are common problems with MSI monitors. 2) Get a monitor with an ISP display. I bought an LG 27GP850-B for a little more money and was blown away by how great it is! 3) If you do buy this monitor make sure to keep the box so you can return it. ... show more

It says it does 170hz but I can’t get it to that rate and hear any with the d cable. I should have just bought a tv for this
