I used this making pickled eggs after seeing a demo on FB. Good flavor. Very yellow in color from turmeric extract and mustard oil. My eggs tasted too salty at first, but became less so after a day or two. I will be using it as a primary pickling solution. A good quality mix.

Ordered this item for my pickled eggs. I am happy with this brand. Love the clean ingredients and the taste is much better than other spices I have used. This is definitely a winner! Great value because you get 2 packages. The smell that emitted from the packaging was amazing! This was very fresh and directions were very easy to follow. Each package made a good amount of brine, so it was the perfect size for what I needed.
