The jewelry plyers came the day after I ordered them. It was a great price and they feel great to work with but the most impressive thing about them is what they have printed on the back of the box. (Pictured). It’s not often you see customer service like this nowadays.

I have to say that I've been ordering Mr. PEN items for a few years. I find their products to be good quality at very good prices. I recently received the 3 piece jewelry pliers with one that broke as soon as I tried to use it. I email Mr Pen right away, as they provide their support contact information with every order, (as well as the cute little mustache sticker which I have a small collection of now!) I received a quick response and resolution. This company believes in customer service and I'll continue to purchase items from Mr. Pen. If they have what I'm looking for, I'll pick their item over others even if the price is slightly higher, which normally it is cheaper, as I know this company stands behind their products and I don't have to go through Amazon! ... show more
