This desk is very sturdy and i guess i understand the 35,000 good reviews but the desk is to small for this (# monitors, the PC, & the regular stuff people put on desk's has to be on the floor barely any room on desk , my camera is way to close to my face due to the boards not being wide enough. I am mad i paid 89.00+tax for this and i am not satisfied but after putting it together i don't even feel like going through the motions of taking it apart and trying to get it back in the box to send it back. It also came damaged on the side about a 3/4 inch long. Defiantly not worth 89.00 maybe $45-$50! I don't even understand it being a "gamer" desk option Update: 2/3weeks after my purchase: After my review the company reach out to me (STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT) I was surprised to see the email from them as they offered me a partial refund for which I had purchased this desk. This definitely made me feel better about not overpaying based on the size. Overall them reaching out to me was awesome customer service and I appreciated their efforts in them trying to make it right. Easy to put together and very sturdy. Put this desk together and tried to kill a spider on my wall right after. My cat ran under me and I ate crap, smacking my face on the desk - chipped a tooth, but the desk didn’t even budge. 5/5 stars.

    • Minimalist Design and Easy to Assemble

I was using a folding table for my desk until I could find what I wanted for my large tower computer and two monitors. Of course, the tower would sit on the floor and I wanted room for the keyboard, mouse and space for temporary items such as a notepad, coffee cup or dish. I decided on this Corner Computer Desk due to the minimalist design with full use of a corner space. Cons 1. Not really a con but a preference that the longer side of the desk be maybe 6" wider for more surface space. I have two 21 1/2" monitors and I feel a little too close to them and not much surface area for more than a keyboard and mouse. I'm going to add a slide underneath tray for the keyboard and mouse. 2. Desk shelf needs to be redesigned to add more stability. I'm not afraid that a small monitor or laptop would fall from it but it is pretty wobbly. 3. The surface is a fingerprint magnet nightmare. I got the black one and whenever I touch this desk I leave visible fingerprints that triggers my OCD. Also make sure you dust everything off before placing it on the desk. Pros 1. Very straight forward assembly with easy to follow instructions. I added a few Velcro strips along the way for cable management. 2. Sits very sturdy on hardwood floor, didn't have to adjust the feet at all to level just screwed them all the way in and when I flipped it over it was perfect. 3. Very good use of corner space and plenty of legroom 4. Fingerprints wipe off easily with a dry cloth. 5. Reversable so the longer surface can be assembled on either side. 6. Esthetically pleasing with a modern design. Summary Would prefer a wider surface area but with adding a keyboard drawer I feel it will meet my needs. A very sturdy design, with the exception of the shelf. Good use of corner space with plenty of legroom and a modern design. Very nice desk for the price and could be used for gaming, a home office, computer desk with writing space. I plan to use it for a computer desk for my main computer on the long side with space on the short side to experiment with installing alternate OS on older laptops. This is a really nice desk and it has held up already going on 3 months I just wish it had drawers. It also wasn’t hard to put together. I’m a woman and put it together myself. I like this desk so far. My brother bought one of the standard styles. He's pretty rough when he games but the desk has barely shown wear. So i decided I want an L desk. I need to try this brand. Easy to assemble. Very easy honestly! The size is bigger than i expected but honestly in my eyes is a good thing. Worried i'd need more space after spending the money finally. It's perfect for what i need space wise. Definitely enough work area for me. My only downer for this and why i gave it 4 stars is that unstable laptop stand. Idk how its build in the standard or 53" L desk but for the 63" its very.... well its going to yeet your laptop into a wall or floor like we used to launch kids on trampolines by getting "super jumps". It shakes, a lot. Its extremely unsturdy and has no actual support other than 2 small bars holding some wood up so you can put an expensive laptop on it. again, love the desk. Highly recommend it, but if your wanting that laptop stand thing. I'd suggest modding or looking at different models of L desks. I don't like the stand, never have on desks. So im just gonna remove it but i know someone might see this detail as a deal breaker. ... show more
