Once they realized the machine was damaged during shipping, they sent me a new one to replace the first one. At this point the machine is working well. At this point I have had the laser for a couple of months. I have only etched on carbon fiber tube and slate. Both etch well. I was able to find a library for material settings, not from Mr carve. I am giving 4 stars for the point that I did not receive a power cable, no instructions on setting up, and no instructions on how to rotate the head to point the laser horizontally ... show more

4 stars. I’m changing my review from 1 This company seriously needs to provide better documentation After struggling for 4 days it’s running. And doing a great job But things to know It is Not Seacad like the M It’s Ezcad. The program in the thumb drive I have continues to say Demo only However I now have it running on Lightburn ( the whole reason I got it) To make it work on Lightburn you need to A) purchase the Galvo Upgrade B) uninstall Lightburn and Teinstall it. Then on the last set up page check the box for Galvo Ezcad C) it will ask about configuration import from the thumb drive Ezcad> Plug> Markcfg7. Click done. My thumb drive has filed labeled Driver But there is znothing in them Please Include paper documentation and instructions The “gold orange software manual “ included on my thumb drive is corrupt and missing pages ... show more

Is a good option for the money. I’m getting a very good results after little searching especially because is my first fiber laser. Little hard to find help on internet for settings and user manual. It came with a pdf and assembly video tutorial included in the usb. But needs little bit more information in my opinion. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was a very quick and easy setup out of the box. In total it was only 8 bolts. There isn't any paper instructions but on the USB drive it has a setup video along with the software. That being said I didn't use the software that it came with and just needed one file from it to get it setup on LightBurn. After setting that up it just worked so I'm happy about that. ... show more
