Gave as Christmas present to my 9 year old, his first semi legit assembly required model. He opted to paint the body blue and use the rest of the parts in their supplied color. Fitment of parts wasn't really "snap together" most parts were a little loose but I anticipated this and we had super glue on stand by. Finish fit was quite decent considering it's a starter model. My 9 year old required zero parent help to build this, but he's also already familiar with how to use a hobby knife. I think this was the perfect kit to get him interested in building scale models. My son loves this model. Very delicate parts, such as the tail lights, could use a dab of glue to keep them in but otherwise it's a great model. Shipped quickly also.
