For the full can (which is what I typically drink) it's only 80 calories, low sugar and 300mg of caffeine, perfect for starting your day without coffee! The citrus is okay, but not as good as the fruit punch IMO. Highly recommend!

I love Mountain Dew Kickstart. Fruit Punch, Black Cherry, and the Pineapple Orange Mango all taste great, are energizing, and are a great value compared to competitors. I mostly drink them for the taste over the caffeine content.
