I ordered this phone because of the specs; however, whenever I tried to set it up with my provider, they said it needed to be the US only version of the phone. This one has a software channel "retin" set up for Indian markets, and apparently won't work with major (and some minor) US providers. The weird thing is, it seems to be the same phone, but now that I am looking for a US Only version, they all cost $100 - $150 more? I don't understand. Either way, I have to figure out how to wipe this phone, return it, reorder one, and cope with losing a few hours of my life and an extra chunk of change. Así es la vida. If you can measure a phone by how often it jumbles what you're trying to say in a text, or how many times you can throw it against a wall and it still works, well, it is a pretty tough and durable phone, lasting longer and taking more thrashing than phones I have had previously. Is that good or bad? I dunno. Maybe all phones are irritating and I miss the days before these POS things came along. ... show more

Unable to Connect to my Time Warner Cable/ Spectrum Internet. I tried to reset the phone, my router and all tips in you tube..I see available internet (locked) in my area when scanning......but not mine. I was able to connect to connect to a PUBLIC internet at work. T Mobile signal is always at the low side on this phone...2 to 3 bars out of the house and 0 -2 bars in the house. Not good compare to my old iPhone and LG with 3 to Full bars of signals in or out of the house Can Anyone help me connect to my internet??? Overall I Like G7 Power...Battery/fingerprint reader is very good, size of the phone is good and with the exception of my internet problem, I rate G7 Power 6/10 or 3 stars ... show more

Bluetooth goes in and out in the car and sometimes when I try to make a phone call on Bluetooth it hangs up multiple times before I am able to to place the call. 5g WiFi doesn't work.
