Recall: NOTHING is performance only, or price only, it's always price/ performance. This latest Motorola Moto G Power is an OK phone, more or less (except for the battery and the price.) It's classic candy bar - kind of big, kind of heavy, OK screen, neither slow nor fast despite it's specs, really nondescript. Except... (1) Battery is amazing. 6000mahrs of multi day use. Super fast charging, wired or wireless. If you need battery life for travel or power use, nothing else comes close. (2) We picked this thing up brand new for $175. That's insane!! That price takes this phone from another meh mid-ranger to the value king in the phone world! So long as you can handle the weight, run don't walk to pick one up! I've paid more for dinner. Works super well with Mint Mobile. You need to program the APN properly. Just search for Mint APN settings. Works 100% as advertised. Tons of battery. Decent screen and camera. Dolby audio is better than most phones. Minor bloatware, but easily removed / disabled. Fingerprint reader works great, although if you haven't owned a Motorola before it might take a few days to get used to. (This is my third Moto in a row.) NFC works everywhere I have tried. There is nothing bad about this phone. The charger is kinda quirky, but not when you remember that it is an international version of Motorola. And the phone needed four or five updates.     • NOT UNLOCKED, PHONE RETURNED!
Never got to use the phone so this is a review of seller. Short version is I was very dissatisfied. If you care to know, this is the long version and comes from my correspondence to seller: 1st off, I would not consider this to be an "Unlocked" cell phone and it should not have been advertised as such. 2nd, it was not shipped with any instructions stating that it needed to somehow be setup onto a "Cricket Wireless" account before it could be then switched over to our "Assurance Wireless" carrier. Now of course we have a SIM card for Assurance but not Cricket. Not sure what or how that will work out but I guess we will be finding out? Do we have to buy a Cricket SIM??? So, in general I am not happy with how this is going thus far. I have already spent at least 6+ hours between Amazon, Motorola, Assurance and now Mobiles International trying to get this worked out. Now I am being told I need to add Cricket Wireless into the mix so that I can "UNLOCK" my unlocked phone with a phone carrier I do not intend to use and will then be able to go back to Assurance to work on getting the phone moved over to them???? NOT COOL! Oh yes in addition, not only was there no information provided with the shipped phone about having to unlock the phone with Cricket, but in the above information you provide about getting Cricket to unlock this phone, you really don't provide much of any contact information for Cricket. You are assuming, I guess, that I conveniently have a Cricket store nearby? So do I now need to drive this unlocked phone to some unknown store location? Or do I search the internet for the unlock department at a Cricket Wireless company??? NOT COOL!!!!! ... show more

Ive been looking for a cheap phone the past month and have tried multiple and this is the best one ive found especially in price to performance and is very comparable to the samsung A15 so if your looking for a good cheap daily device then definitely look at this phone👍👍

I dislike that I'm having a difficult time contacting seller for missing fast car charger! It came with the wall charger, sim ejector, and clear case only! This Motorola version is not sold in the US, so I can't get customer support for it! I was told that I have to contact Motorola in Mexico for help! My only options are to return this phone with Amazon, keep trying to contact seller(calls unanswered, no voicemail), or keep using this phone in the US without technical support! The only reason I'm trying to get the fast car charger is because I'm an Uber/Lyft driver! I need to be able to properly charge this phone while working! Other than that, I do like that it has a turbo wall charger for home! But I wish the cord supplied was longer because I'm also a streamer! It does have a long lasting battery, after Livestreaming several hours on one charge! The Android 14 version is good so far but I've already had to restart the phone 4X due to updates! It took at least an half hour transfering data over WiFi to this phone. I haven't played any games yet, but it seems to respond between apps pretty smooth and quick! The GSM Sim from US mobile seems to work good on T-Mobile network! Doesn't work on Verizon network as it's not compatible on their warp 5G network! Only 4G VoLTE network! Nice Hello Moto presentation, screen size, and feel! Does have 256 GB of storage with less than 11gb pre installed! Has dual sim slots and third storage slot! I haven't tested the cameras much! And the fingerprint feature hasn't worked yet! I've tapped it several times to record print but hasn't set yet! I did set a 6-digit pin for now! Buyers Beware! ... show more
