Why does the Black feel larger? Black & Army Green use stretch cotton for a flexible fit. Blue is non‑stretch denim. So the same size feels looser in Black/Army Green than in Blue. We recommend ordering Black/Army Green one size smaller than your Blue size for perfect fit. How do I remove or reinstall the armor pads? Very easy. Knee pad pockets are on the outside each knee area,hip pad pockets are inside at the hip area. Both can swap armor in seconds–no need to take off the pants. Insert new armor with honeycomb side out, original with smooth side toward body.
