Let's be honest here. Yes, it doesn't cost a lot. It ain't no $900 Track Suit. But honestly, I am a bit surprised how well it functions and the features.. Its got a removeable liner, pocket spaces, vents you can open or close, removeable/replaceable armor. fits right.. It checks all the boxes.. It has air vents that can been zipped open for extra ventilation and a zip out liner as well, all to keep me cool on hot days. Zip vents closed and zip liner in on cooler ride days. Waterproof on rainy day and light weight to weigh you down. Reflective colors to be seen at night. Protective padding in all the right places just in case of a fall. I received my gear last week and was waiting for decent enough weather to ride in to give it a try. I chose poorly. It was 41 and sunny when I left, and 32 with rain and snow when I got 50 miles away. I'm in Wyoming, riding in the middle of December, so I wast shocked. That ride told me all I needed to know about cold weather in this gear. All I had on underneath was boxers an a T-shirt. The gear kept me warm, dry and blocked the wind. It was everything I could have asked for. It wasn't a comfortable ride temp wise, I was scraping ice off my visor for the 50 mile ride home doing 70. The gear though, that made it do able. When I got home I wasn't chilled to the bone. I could use a hot drink to warm me up. Very impressive in cold Temps. I got an XL jacket and size 36 pants. They were both spot on for size. It all fit well, no pinch points or rubbing. The pads were where I needed them. I could fit another layer underneath if I needed to. Perfect fit. 100% will recommend to my friends. ... show more

Cons: Sizing (the Large is XL), and the red is lighter than I expected based on the photos. Provided armor feels a little awkward. Pros: Keeps me dry when it rains and warm at 28 degrees. Better than my leather jacket.
