This jacket is actually nicer than I expected. Pockets could be a little bit deeper to accommodate my longer phone. One pocket didnt get sewn closed at the bottom but I can fix that easy enuff. I like the reflective surfaces a lot. Not real fond of the back armor but it is removable if I just cant stand it. Over all I think its a great value for the money ... show more

Received my Jacket today and am very pleased with the fit and the looks, havent really had a chance to ride with it but wore it to the store in 25 degree weather stayed real warm, the only complaint is the protectors were put in backwards, according to the instructions the protectors are suppose to be inserted were the yellow is to be toward the body took the protectors out put them in with the yellow towards the body, I guess in time the protectors with take form like they did when they were inserted wrong. Once I'm able to ride in cold weather will write another review but Im happy its not to heavy or bulky and fits well I ordered a small I'm 5' 9" about 120 lbs slim build. Well now I can right a full review on this item I have ridden in the cold, wind and today the rain. Over all Im happy but I dont think that you can say they are completely water proof. When I got home and took off the jacket both sleeves were wet not totally but around the protective pads on both arms plus it stained my shirt but nothing shout out cant take care of. I stayed warm but I could feel the rain begining to seep in. I was comfortable over all but who knows what it would be if I was in a rain for a longer time. had to give it a 4 star because its not totally water proof. ... show more

I really like the way that this jacket looks when being worn. It has protective pads in the elbows, shoulders and back. I had one spill on my bike, and the jacket held up and kept me protected. The zip in/out lining makes the jacket useful for a wide range of temperatures. With the lining, I have ridden in 50 F weather very comfortably. Definitely recommended. ... show more

This jacket is an amazing value considering what you get for the price. The fabric is strong and good quality. The zippers are easy to operate, armor pieces right where they should be, velcro sleeves and neck strap really do a great job of keeping cold air out of the jacket. I rode to work in 25 degree temp with nothing but a shirt and this jacket with liner, and didn't feel the least bit cold. I've also rode in 80 degree weather wearing a t-shirt and the jacket with the liner removed and air vents open, and it felt well ventilated and kept me relatively cool. The only thing i've found that was a knock on the jacket was that the side pockets are a bit narrow and small and I have a hard time getting my hands into them, but that's not enough to knock a star off my rating. As far as size, I am 5'11" , 250 pounds with a 50" chest and I ordered the 4XL based on the size chart. I could probably get away with the 3XL for a slightly tighter fit with the liner removed, but I'm happy with the way this one fits me overall. With the snaps on the arms and the adjustable waist straps, I'm able to cinch it up to get a decent fit. Great jacket!! ... show more
