Here’s a side by side comparison (both Small). You can see how much smaller the shell on right is. Even though I ordered a Small it was still a little roomy. Still looks better than a mushroom.

I purchased a full face motorcycle helmet as a first-time Rider and absolutely could not tolerate it. It was so completely claustrophobic. This one allows me to breathe and I pair it with goggles. Only drawn back is it's not very solid on my head and I wonder how it would perform if I actually crashed. And the straps are a little awkward coming down in front of and behind your ear in a bit of a tight design. Love how lightweight it is ... show more

Supper light weight, and fits great. I have a large head (size 8) and most helmets look ridiculous on me, this one doesn't make my head look like a black beach ball, hahaha. It's comfortable for all day riding. Throw the chin piece away It's useless, but again it's what I expected.
