I have a 2011 KLR 650 with a Front (and rear) crash bar that has an area to add these pegs that seem a perfect fit. Normally this is a 100 mile bike as far as rider road comfort, then the fatigue starts to set in. I'm hoping the pegs will increase the distance so I don't have to trailer the KLR, and just ride it to the trails we're going on. I belong to a Motorcycle association and during the 'winter' in AZ. we may ride a couple hundred miles of road a day, these pegs should help, and they look good. ... show more

I had ordered these pegs to fit my Buell, but the clamps do not secure the peg to the 7/8" tubing. I hope to use clamps from another vendor... which means that I'll spend as much for clamps that work, as I spent on these foot pegs.

These are perfect for the narrow crash bars on my bike. I tried two other models that didn't work - thse are perfect! Installation hint - use the enclosed bit of rubber (cut in half) to prevent slipping. Then install and tighten the clamps, then UNTIGHTEN, remove and then remount - this will properly narrow the inside U clamp (if used) and prevent slipping. ... show more

I bought these to attach to my FJ-09 Higdonion crash bars. I used digital capliers to measure the bars and they were exactly 1" which is within the parameters defined by the product (Only fit for 7/8" or 1"). First problem, they didn't fit a 1" bar. I had to widen the holes of the inner clamp. Second issue, as I was testing them, sitting on the bike, one of the rubber rings snapped. These are the rings that look like O-Rings for foot traction. I wasn't even wearing boots at this point, and I lightly putting my foot on the peg to test angle. Third issue and this is the one that really peeved me... went for a test ride and the bolt from the right peg FELL OUT! I would have expected, at the very least, that the bolts that HOLD ON THE PEG would have been tightened, and ideally, put on with some thread locker. It's only chance that the foot peg didn't completely fall off, possibly causing me seriously bodily harm. I'm VERY dissatisfied with this product. ... show more

I'm not sure if I purchased them here or not but I've got these exact highway pegs. They came with hardware to fit both 7/8 and 1" bars. I installed them on my crash bar and they function as expected. Would definitely recommend.
