I got this as a gift for my brother in law's wife and she loved it, so I'm pretty happy on that front. The presentation and the basket itself are nice, though the basket is made of a somewhat fragile wire mesh. My only complaint is the packaging. Whomever shipped it tossed it in a box with a single air pack, so it was just bumping around in the box, which dented the basket in a couple places. Luckily nothing broke. Fragile things should always be tightly secured in their packaging.

I have highly sensitive skin and every thing makes me itch, but this doesn't make me itch but before you buy the whole seat I check with just on procected because even though it might work for me it might not work for you, I love the smell, and it last a long time but I don't take baths but the bomb prefect to just seat around, and I loved the basket as well its is know a wash cloths holder
