I didn’t give it 1 star (for return process) because the dress really was beautiful. I felt bad about returning it, but the openings for the arm sleeves were too small for adult American arms, it fit a little small for a size 14, but it was cutting off the circulation to my arms. I received the return information and paid to mail it back to specified address in CA. Tracking info said it was received April 19th… as of May 11 still waiting for refund. I paid for shipping both ways, but in the future wouldn’t count on their “free returns” policy. ... show more
