These heels are gorgeous, comfortable, and I will totally be wearing them often. However. While yes, these do run a size small, take into account the bow tie has an elastic that will absolutely stretch, which makes it feel like the shoe's falling off. Not only that, they're so unbelievably SLIPPERY, with the heel being the worst part!! There's no grip whatsoever, and I slipped about a thousand times in these things. Either buy heel grips or get a nail file and get ready to get scraping. I had to absolutely destroy the bottoms of these. Before filing them I could easily slide them across the floor with little to no resistance. I'm sure after healthy wear and tear grips will form, but not by much. For $30, these are great and do the job.

Every year around Christmas time I have to dress up for my husband's work Christmas party. It got to the point that when it came to shoes I would try to find flats because I can't stand heels...just was never my thing. That being said. I love these heels. I didn't want to take them off. They are gorgeous and they are actually comfortable. I have never had comfortable heels. Definitely worth the money I spent.

Update: after a few more uses...the heel platform completely detached...they aren't even 2 months old. Extremely disappointed...I wouldn't recommend...not worth the 40 bucks for them to not even last 2 months So cute and comfortable but they dont last...the grip on the bottom of the shoe starts to separate I've worn them maybe 6 times now and I can see the sole part is starting to separate and detached so I dont agree that they are worth 40$...a 20-30$ price range is better appropriate to match the ceappy quality...but if you need some cute shoes in a pinch, these will do the trick. Just dont expect that to last more than a few months. They are extremely comfortable and true to size. I wore them for 6 hrs the same say they arrived and no blisters or sore feet (mind you i wear heels 24/7 so for me these were a breeze to wear...not sure how someone would feel who doesn't wear heels often) True to size

Love the shoes, however, the straps fell down after starting to walk. I ordered a similar pair, however, the shipment was delayed and had to wear the shoes to my function. I had no choice but to make a permanent adjustment which didn't work. I will be returning the other pair of shoes when they arrive.
