At least to the best of my knowledge of Hu Ina products. The actual Hina Has a separate control for the bucket. This is just an up and down arm. The bucket dumps when you go up and flattens back out when you go down. The actual Huina has a separate motor for the bucket. You can move the bucket independent of the arm. how is this not false advertisment, they say, "fully functional" but the bucket is not controlable, therefore not fully functional, they need to change this, and amazon should be made liable to correct issues like this
