Before & after - Works as expected, very happy with it right after getting it all set up! Hopefully this will train my monstera to grow tall and upright. My plant is about 2 feet tall now, and I only put one of the two poles in. Will add the second pole once it grows a bit more.

The poles do the job that is needed, but I would be very cautious using the ties that are included. I made sure not to tie the stems too tight to give them space to move, but I think because Monstera leaves are heavy and inclined to droop, there is a lot of pressure put into the green ties, which has left brown marks over all the stems that I am training to grow upright. I will be taking off all of the green ties to find a more plant-safe solution because I don’t want to hurt the plant long term. This was only after about a week of them being tied.
