Use this every day, love it. Takes a while to recharge ~ 4 hours, however able to charge iPhone or iPods at same time. On the run to work etc I take it, this is what a real qi charger is meant to be truly wireless, works after charged up > wirelessly! Can plug into IPAD with wire too (not qi chargeable) OMG. Only drawback is that it takes a LONG time to fully charge the Mophie (24 hours)—this may be typical of charging blocks, but it seems like a very long time. ... show more

Really great product. I really like its functionality. It's pretty expensive for what it does. Also the one I received came with very light scratches even though it was advertised as brand new. Still works perfectly, but not happy with how they sold it to me. For those that wish to know, when it's plugged in it works as a reg wireless charger for my Galaxy s7 edge. Meaning i don't need to press anything on or off to make it start charging. It charges on its own, which is great. It also has a pass through function which means when it's done charging my phone it starts to charge itself. Regarding how fast it charges. When you use the wireless charging it charges fairly slow. Usually says something like 4 hours until fully charged when phone is very low on battery. If you use the phone at the same time as when its on the charger it doesn't really charge at all. If you plug the phone into its USB it works way faster. Not fast charging though. Hope this helps. ... show more

In my life, traveling and working from ballrooms, I have owned a plethora of phone battery packs. This one takes the cake. I would have thought that there would have been efficiency lost in the wireless charging but this pack has been able to reliably wirelessly charge my iPhone X 1.5-2 times without having to be recharged. It's also also that it doubles as a plug in wireless charger, one less thing to carry. It's about the same size as my phone, and frankly it's only a little awkward to pocket both of them to keep that charging going. ... show more

WIRELESS CHARGE - Placing my phone on the charger itself was a cool concept and it worked at first, but now it will start charging then STOP. It’s frustrating because I’ll leave it thinking it’s charging and come back to find it hasn’t been working. USB - Using the cable to plug into the usb to charge my Apple Watch would start charging, then STOPS charging after less than a minute. Using the cable to charge my iPhone worked fine. ... show more

Works well- takes a while to charge my iPhone but not any slower than a regular lightning charger. The portability is great just wish there were a way for it to adhere to the back of the phone.

    • Nice idea but slow at charging
I ordered this for my Galaxy S9+ specifically because it had a great capacity and wireless charging. I knew it didn't have quick charge support but I figured it would still be somewhat useful. I was wrong. It charges so slow during regular use that the battery percentage of my phone goes up 1% every half an hour! When it's plugged in it charges my phone faster but that defeats the purpose of why I bought it. And it's very slow at charging the unit itself. The wireless charging surface is textured for non slippage but it easily gets dirty. Fortunately a quick wipe with a cloth fixes that. Bottom line: If you absolutely value wireless charging above all else, get this charger. But if you want something that performs well, look elsewhere. ... show more
