I have purchased four sets of towels from your company wash them in cold water dried on mild temperature I did not believe or could not believe that my dryer vents was so full of the material from the towels that I had to change my vents twice in order to dry them the towels lost some of their softness my last set of gold towels had a lot of Rivals on it which I just had to cut off I wasn't going to waste time and try to send them back I just don't understand how a company of your statute could have something that is so misleading seem to lose their softness after being dried and a lot of Rivals I'm not particularly too happy with these towels just letting you know I will not send them back I will go ahead and use them but I was very disappointed Cornelius Tisdale ... show more

We have never had anything but cotton towels, but we decided to try these microfiber towels for the price. We were skeptical when we opened the box and saw a package that was a third of the size we were expecting. We were pleasantly surprised when we used them. These towels are very soft and absorbent. We are getting used to how thin they are and how well they work. The only slight negative we have is the wash clothes. I purchased these towels in Oct. 2020 and I use fabric softer and fabric sheets on them weekly when I wash them and they are still just as soft and absorbent as they were the day I got them, just wash them in warm or cold water and they will be fine.
