When I ordered this purse, I had noticed that another reviewer had commented that her purse arrived misshapen. When mine arrived, my immediate reaction was "rats, mine too." But then I took a closer look at the purse and it's design, and I realized it's not misshapen, but rather the purse by design is asymmetrical. In my opinion, this isn't readily apparent from the pictures unless you are specifically looking for it (which I did after mine arrived), but on one side the panel "pinches in" (the center of the side panel pulls inward) and on the other side, the panel is free (just flat). This is based on how the sides are attached inside the purse to the center divider pocket inside the bag. It's not something I had realized at the time I ordered, and while I don't love the asymmetry (hence 4 not 5 stars), I don't mind it. But if you are looking for a fully symmetrical bag, this isn't it. Setting that issue aside, this is a nice bag. I appreciate the option to use it as a crossbody or hold it by the handles, and I appreciate the functionality with multiple compartments. The pleather (as we called PU leather back in the day) is good quality. The bag is on the small side, but I needed small for an upcoming trip, so I'm happy with that. For the price point ($27 at the time of this review), the quality and value is definitely there. This is my second bag from this manufacturer and so far I'm pretty impressed at their ability to make affordable, quality bags.

I was honestly expecting a bigger purse. But other than that it is a perfect little purse, I'm just used to big purses. This is super cute though, my daughter loved it. Would definitely recommend

I own many handbags from this brand, but this purse was disappointing. While it looks beautiful in pictures and has a great color, its shape is odd and doesn't hold up no matter what you do. Additionally, it's quite small, more like a crossbody bag.

I love the size of it and color is perfect, great value for the money. This purse has great space for a small purse which makes it easy to use and find things in it , the quality is great except that one side doesn’t fold in like the other side. I have received a few compliments on this purse.

I feel like this brand is seriously underrated and I always grab their products when I see them available! This one is an adorable color which I wear a lot in both spring and fall. I really like the styling, which is a doctor's satchel with a long strap, and this one is long enough to hit me on the hip instead of under the armpit like a lot of brands (I'm 5'5".) It's not super huge, which is both good and bad - it's big enough for a wallet and phone but not that much else, so maybe good for a night out. Important to note the side zippers are purely decorative. Over all this is well made and adorable, and I would 1000% order it again. I'm thinking about buying it in another color!

Montana West satchel bag is bigger on the inside than I imagined. Well made and nicely sewn with nice lining. Fits way more than I thought. It carries everything I need and a few extras. I like this nice grey color because to me it’s neutral and goes with just about everything I wear. I use this as a crossbody bag and it’s very comfortable and lightweight depending on what you put in it. It holds my rather large keychain and keys my phone, tissues, eye glasses cleaner, mints, gum and my larger wallet. The inside divides and has pockets that I truly like because I can organize this so I know where to reach to get what I need. I like this brand and everything I have by Montana West is very nice.
