I was told at first I couldn't return this defective item because it was 30 past due. Which was completely incorrect. I purchased on the 16th of October and received the 20th of the same month October. I was told by several managers to return it and follow the email instructions. I returned the following next day October 21th. They had me upload pictures only to tell me they can't help me.. Not worth the money!

Too expensive for the scent to smell awful, It doesn't last all day even though it's an "extrait de parfum" concentration.
