I was told at first I couldn't return this defective item because it was 30 past due. Which was completely incorrect. I purchased on the 16th of October and received the 20th of the same month October. I was told by several managers to return it and follow the email instructions. I returned the following next day October 21th. They had me upload pictures only to tell me they can't help me..
