  • I'm on the fence...
I returned the first scope, as the elevation adjustment didn't work (windage adjustments worked fine, though). The replacement is here, which I've boresighted (elevation works!), but haven't shot. So, I'm on the fence--no rounds thru the rifle with replacement scope, but I'll give you my initial impressions. Given the price point, I was amazed at the clarity of the glass. I am wholly satisfied with the clarity, eye relief, and reticle precision. Clarity suffers some at high magnification, as expected. At targets within 300 yards, clarity is acceptable. This was true of both scopes I handled. The reticle itself is adequate, with easily visible duplex and holdover hashes. No instructions on the holdover distances, but for a scope this cheap, buy the extra ammo and figure it out yourself. I'd assume the hashes are built for 5.56. 5 levels of red/green illumination; brightest can be seen well in broad daylight, lowest level will be visible in darkness without washing out the sight picture. No idea how it works with night vision, but if you have that equipment, you don't care about this scope. Good light transmission thru objective. Metal housing seems durable enough. Adjustment knobs are imprecise, but get the job done (on my replacement scope, anyway). Finish is even and well done, but it doesn't really match Magpul's FDE if that's important to you. Overall, I think its a neat scope, but not for guys who compete, or anything like that. Put this on a cheap gun and looks great. Put it on a premium gun, and it'd look cheap. Assuming you do put this on your cheap gun, it should do everything you expect your cheap gun to do. I'm satisfied with the purchase, provided my replacement scope attains and holds zero--if it doesn't, I'll update this review. UPDATE: replacement scope is good to go. Zeroed easily, holds groups casually at 100 yards. I didn't get an opportunity to put their BDC to the test (range limited to 100 yards), but I wouldn't doubt it would do OK given half a chance. At 100 yards, clarity at all magnification is fine. Illuminated reticle will struggle against direct bright sunlight, but you don't need illumination in daylight; still provides good contrast in low light, and much appreciated. Overall, good cheap scope. I'm satisfied, and I'd recommend to folks looking for a basic scope--this provides more features for less dough than its name-brand competitors. ... show more

  • Great scope and great price
Color: Black
I love this scope. I put it on a 30-06 and it’s perfect. You can’t go wrong with this one.

  • Great scope for it's price point!
Color: Black
For the $ point it's a pretty great scope. I set it up but havn't zero'd it yet so rather or not I can hold a group is for a future review. Eye relief is an issue for me usually but with some adjustments on my rail, I made it work...and work well. With the ammo shortage, I've been hesitant to burn any but I'll run a mag through this weekend or next to see how it holds up. Initial review is great scope for the $, like the looks, easy setup, illumination is fair but I don't really use that on a scope anyways. I like it. No pics bc....not today ATF. ... show more

  • Hardy scope, solid.
Color: Black
Bought three of these for placement on 3 ar based rifles. Calibers are .50 Beowulf, .450 Bushmaster and .350 Legend. All robust rounds used for hunting in the woods where 75-100 yards max. Holds zero after 100 shots, red and green light capability comes in handy in the dark woods. Wish the objective Lens was a bit larger 40-42mm, but for the low cost, works well for me. ... show more

  • Very accurate
Color: Black
Great scope, sub moa at a 100 yards on my AR, love the lighted reticle, and the low profile of this scope.

  • Will see soon.
Color: Black
Seems well built for the price. Nice clarity. Max zoom the sight picture isn't as great but not terrible. Eye relief is as stated. Between 3.5 and 4 inches. It will get put through the paces soon as its going on my 50 Baewulf. Will update after a few rounds. .....UPDATE... due to the price of ammo I dont shoot my 50 Beawulf much, but today was probably around the 40th round. Something inside came loose and i lost about 1/4th of my field of view. Im actually pretty bummed cause I actually liked this scope it was holding zero well. But considering the recoil of the rifle I shouldn't be suprised. Probably great for a 5.56 or 350 legend. I am not adjusting my 3 star review because I did gamble by putting it on that caliber. ... show more
