I was not disappointed; it has worked out great. First off, very easy to use. I like how all I do is brush it on, and comes with a nice brush, where I leave it on for three hours, and then I came back, and then the black just wipes off. Secondly, it works great. I like how I have used it on every spot with mold, and it has taken it all off. Lastly, used on other things too. I like how I can use it on old caulking that has turned black, and it takes the black off of that too. No cons, it worked out great for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

We have an older RV which had a shower with mold in the silicone caulk. We tried multiple products and even high pressure steam. Nothing would budge this imbedded mold. I bought this product after reading some reviews and thought it was worth the risk for the price. We applied this to our shower and let it sit for several hours, and were exceptionally happy with the results. My only complaint is that there is no way I will ever use 2 full tubes of this stuff. A little goes a long ways and my life is not that moldy. lol

The gel is ineffective in removing mold stains on grout even after applying and waiting 17-18 hours covering the gel with cling wrap to prevent drying out. Waste of money. While description indicates no scent, product smells of chlorine. Does require ventilation as noted in instructions but does not do anything on grout.
