I totally loved the earrings no problems with the earrings, but I used the wrong payment method, and by the time I realized it was to late to make the payment method changed so I have to return the earrings, and like I said at the beginning of this review ....I love the earrings so I requested a refund and at the same time ordered another ones of the same , which I received in just couple of days, but have not received my refund yet, and it caused me a lot of economical problems, because the card payment I used is only for my budget with all my monthly bills 🙃... yes I am the one that made the mistake.... I just don't understand why is talking so long to get it.... I contacted customer service and , they said it can take up to 60 days, so that Is my only dawn about the whole situation.... But again, nothing to do with the earrings at all, quality and Beauty of it I am enjoying the ones I ordered again with the right by being said 😀 I strongly recommend them 👌 Yes they are big of course because I chose the biggest carats, if you don't like big earrings.... please order less carats so you have smaller size.... don't blame the seller or the earrings for not ordering the correct size.... Hopefully you then will totally enjoy the beautiful earrings.... UPDATE:Reordered the earrings with the right payment method..... yes again beautiful... but this ones are a little different they don't look like snow flake, this like hollow with smooth edges not like the ones everyone is showing, I will include a Picture or video so you understand what I mean.... Still beautiful and I reinforce all that I said and stated before, but like the first ones better.... or not better but those ones are the ones that matches my necklace..... ... show more
