Loose stones! The ring is beautiful, she was absolutely in love with it! However the stones are simply too loosely held in the ring. It took less than three weeks for her to knock the big stone loose, which we took to a jeweller to replace and have more structure added on. Then two weeks later after a gentle knock on a table knocked one of the small ones out.
