The quality of the finish is excellent as any Moen product. Installation is easy as well. A bit disappointed that the ring is not a solid smooth ring front and back.

    • cheap "hollow" ring
the ring portion has only 3 sides, ie, it is "hollow", having no back to the ring. The cheapness of the fabrication is stunning, especially for the price. I will be returning the towel ring, along with the other Moen items (toilet roll holder and towel bar, the latter is very light and the bar doesn't completely join the wall attachment. I'm very diasppointed at the poor quality. ... show more
