Have the exact same model but the plastic paper holder broke (after 30+ years of use) so I just wanted to order the very same thing so there wasn't any new placement measuring and drilling nonsense to deal with. I'm not trying to impress anyone and it's perfectly fine anyway. All that said, this was an extremely affordable replacement from Moen (less than $3 at the time on Amazon) and I was happy they still made it. When I opened the package I saw that the plastic bag containing all the parts was already torn open a little bit, apparently just enough for the toilet paper holder to slip out (or be removed). And that was the part that broke on the old one so that was the part I really needed. Called customer support telephone number for Moen but wasn't available on the weekend. Decided to send an email but the email contact form required an address that included a required field for your Canadian Province. I live in the United States. It wouldn't allow me to submit my question without filling out the Province field. So I gave up. Going to Home Depot now to buy a plastic toilet paper holder that will cost me $1.89. I guess you get what you pay for. If the entire set came intact, with the plastic toilet paper holder, this would've been a very different review, and I did give it 4 stars because of the affordability and decent quality. UPDATE AS OF FEB. 14, 2023 - Home Depot didn't carry the right part in stock. Waited until after the weekend to call customer service (because customer service is only available during the week from 9 am - 5 pm.). Called the number supplied on the Amazon website for Moen support and the recording directed U.S. callers to call the U.S. Support number. Called that number and got through. They are shipping out a whole new set which I'll receive in 7-10 days. I'm happy they were able to help but that was a lot of hoops to jump through to get a part. ... show more
