I love the whole “MOEN Align” line, this was the first time I installed faucets… and while the faucets were easy to install the drain stopper was not! I got it installed but it would never seal all the way and it was leaking. I ended up getting different ones, the kind you push down to seal and unseal they were so much easier to install! ... show more

Beautiful, stylish and works great. Installation was relatively easy. Only complaint is that it makes the water smell and taste very strongly of rubber. I’ve resorted to using bottled water for brushing my teeth.

    • Surprised Moen Makes a Faucet Like This.

I purchased this Moen brushed gold faucet for my bathroom as it looked nice in the picture, but they do not tell you it has the little piece to pick up and put down the drain. My husband installed it and at first it looked nice, this faucet is a train wreck within a few days. The plate that they give you to cover the other holes became all rusty within days and I called Amazon and the courtesy of the customer support was kind enough to replace it with a stainless steel faucet by another company. Moen always makes an excellent product, but I should have realized that unless it is very expensive and high-end, a product of this cost will unfortunately not be a Moen product by its expectations. The color is called brush gold and I bought several or shall I say many accessories that would sit right next to it in brushed gold, it didnt't match brushed gold at all. I tried brass, and all the different gold colored products that would sit next to it and with disappointment, and constant returns, nothing matched this faucet whatsoever. It is in a color by itself. I always was very fond of Moen faucets, but this one really was a disappointment from every aspect. Due to the great Customer Support at Amazon, they remedied my problem without any hassle, and that is why I continue to always shop on Amazon. We should have heeded the other reviews of this product stating it was not brushed gold. It's very much copper, and NOT gold. We'd been under renovation of our bathroom for several weeks so we went ahead and installed it, but it honestly makes me mad whenever I use it because it does NOT match the vanity hardware or mirror, which ARE brushed gold. I'm sure the quality is good, no issues there. However, this gold does not match any of the gold features in our new bathroom. It looks bronze. Very different from the Pottery Barn medicine cabinets and West Elm towel bars, and our shower doors. So if you are mixing with other brushed gold features, you might want to reconsider this.
