I'm a bit paranoid and having this at my bedside is great for making it easier to waltz around my house at night. I'm pretty sure it is hollow, so it won't do as much damage as a solid bat, but that makes it a bit lighter I think? It's nice looking, but the packaging it came in was some weird sticky material wrapped all around the bat that left scuffs and remnants on the surface. This is a nice and heavy bat. I got this for hitting the pinata. It's great because you can make it short or long for the small or big kids. This is hard and will definitely hurt if someone is accidentally hit with this bat. Works well, and it's also well made.
