The elastic itself is uncomfortable unless you make it incredibly loose, to which it falls down your thigh. Even if it was tight, you can't sit, stand, or walk with this without having to adjust it because gravity causes the chain to elongate and be too tight constantly. I bought this for a concert, it looks super pretty in photos. If you have thicker thighs it might be a bit uncomfortable for you. I found during the concert the black elastic band to be either slowly sliding down my thigh or compressing a bit too much and it’s kind of complicated adjusting that and adjusting the gold chains. I also did a 3 hour drive to the concert wearing the chain and by the time I parked I had pretty bad indents in my thigh that were sore to the touch from the elastic band. Once it starts rolling itself up from taking it on and off it’s also pretty difficult to get straightened again. Overall, it was good for a concert but not for a long term jewelry item ... show more

Broke right as I was taking it out of the package. It broke in a spot that would have been easily fixable but it just would not work with me. For gigs, I tried it on anyways and it does seem to stay put and cute on but clearly won't last long. For the record, I have thick thighs.
