Even if it was tight, you can't sit, stand, or walk with this without having to adjust it because gravity causes the chain to elongate and be too tight constantly. Absolutely loved this. Added it to a "feyre/goddess" inspired Ren fair outfit. Lots of compliments. Was pretty easy to put on. The only con was that it did leave a little bit of green on my thigh the 2nd time I wore it. But it didnt look tarnished. Will definitely use it for next year's fair. Great! The elastic was not over stretched when received. I also wore it from 2pm-1am for a concert. I didn’t need to readjust it at all the entire night. (Walking, sitting, standing, jumping and dancing) The chain portion has a clip like a necklace so it can be the exact size you need.
