This is a great concept for those who dont want to splurge on actual night stands but still be able to put your books, drink or phone aside. At first I was skeptical about this tray. I have an adjustable bed and I was afraid that with the head of the bed elevated I wouldn't be able to reach the tray. Boy, was I wrong! I absolutely love this tray. I have a small bedroom with no room for nightstands. I have a very small rolling tray that I have been using beside of my bed for coffee and snacks. However, it gets very crowded with the aforementioned items, and it is difficult to leave my bed remote as well as my tv remote on it. Because of that I would leave the remotes on the bed and then I would end up having to hunt for them. Now with this great little tray I can store the remotes, and some tissues on it and the remotes are handy. I have no problem reaching those items on the tray even with the head of the bed elevated. This tray is very sturdy and it attached very easily to the side rail of my bed. When received, the tightening nuts were open quite wide. I would recommend tightening them so that you don't have such a large distance to tighten as you are bending over. It just makes tightening it on the bed much easier. It has an indentation to hold a cup or glass and I really like that there are slots for the phone charging cords. If you are on the fence about this tray, go for it! I actually didn't realize when I ordered this that it was for two bedside trays so that was a plus and makes the value even better. The trays are just made of plastic but it's a decent thickness so I believe they will hold up well. I got this mainly for my CPAP machine and it's the perfect size for that. My husband likes that there's an indent to hold a drink. It looks okay, but it's in the way of me opening the bottom drawer of my nightstand so I had to move my nightstands away from the bed more. The trays are very easy to install, just slide over your frame and tighten. It would be more sturdy if the inner plastic tab things when down further. ... show more
