Someone asked me yesterday if they are the original Birkenstock lol who knew there were Birkenstock fanatics out there to ask that question at a grocery store . But yes. They’re so comfortable. Very light. Adjustable. Perfect for summer pool days. I’m usually a 6 1/2 - 7 so I ordered a 7 to be safe. Glad I did because the 6 1/2 would have been too small! Love these, especially for the price!

I have wider feet so I usually go for adjustable-strap sandals like these. When I first opened, I noticed the shoes were very light and kind of felt like cardboard so I immediately thought they were poor quality, but I bought them to wear to work so I wasn't too concerned because I spend the majority of the day in my office. I took a trip to New Orleans, packing these because they are very cute but was only planning to wear them for dinner. I ended up wearing them all day, two days in a row, and I got about 14-16k steps each day. So comfy the whole time!! My only complaint now is that the straps feel slightly loose, but I've already put a lot of steps in them and have only had them for a month. So it makes sense. I'm assuming tightening the bands can resolve that issue. OVERALL: I recommend these to everyone looking at them!! I really wanted to give these shoes a 5 star because they are so cute and comfortable but the soles are styrofoam which means the longevity isn’t there

Now I love these shoes and it saddens me that I have to give it two stars, but the buckle part presses into the top of my foot and bruises it.
