These are good "going out" once in a while boots, but aren't made well enough to be an every day wear boot. The faux crocodile pattern is embossed on the outside of the boots, I know it isn't made to look real, but it's very obvious that it's not. the shaft does run a little tight on my leg.

These knee-high boots are the excellent boots to wear with just about anything and everything. You can dress then up and dress them down. The fit is perfect and I love that there is a v-shaped elastic band on the back and the fit my legs perfectly. Nice size heel and zipper on the side to make it easy to put them on and take them off.
