recommend it
I grew up with a real fireplace — every Diwali and Christmas, the whole family gathered around it. Now I’m in a high-rise in Chicago with zero chimney access, and I missed that warmth so much. Enter EzFlame. Got the white marble finish because it felt elegant and clean. Assembly was honestly therapeutic — 7 pieces, no glue, just click-click-click. The QR code video was a lifesaver when I misaligned the base (oops). Then Halloween came. I’m not big on over-the-top decor, but I wanted something subtle. This spiderweb scarf is perfect — just delicate black lace, no cartoon junk. I draped it loosely over the mantel and let the fire glow filter through the webs. It’s eerie in the softest way. My husband walked in, paused, and said, “It feels like a haunted version of my childhood.” Exactly. The best part? I can take it down in 10 seconds and it’ll look just as good with garland in December. EzFlame isn’t just a prop — it’s a canvas. Highly recommend both.

Original and stylish
Moved last weekend. The Ezflame was the first thing we set up in the new place because we needed something that felt like “us” immediately. 10 minutes later it was standing, spiderweb scarf draped on top, and I snapped this pic before we even turned the fire video on. Empty black screen and it STILL looks like we have a fancy fireplace. Once the flames are running it’s going to be pure magic. Seriously, if you ever plan to move again, this thing is a lifesaver. Highly recommend both the mantel and the scarf!

Cool decoration for Halloween
Got the EzFlame for the kids — they wanted a fireplace but our apartment’s too small for real fire. Took me 8 minutes to snap the white marble one together while the baby napped. The scarf? Saw it, clicked buy, done. Just black webs. Draped it over the mantel. Looks creepy-cool with the fire video. Wife said “finally something spooky that isn’t plastic.” EzFlame’s a beast — throw anything on it and it works.

CARDBOARD
Model: fireplace1
Definitely not worth $200! This is nice for a play or a theater show, it’s cardboard lol. I should’ve read the description better but either way it’s not worth what they’re charging when you can buy a real one for the same price.

Fake fireplace
Model: fireplace1
I thought this was a real fireplace. It was literally a cardboard box with a picture of fireplace flames. I can't believe they actually charged $199 for this. This is a joke . I thought I was going to actually be able to plug it in and heat up my living room. I'm so disappointed. Do not buy this unless you wanna prop.. I'm going to definitely return this asap.

Lightweight Decorative Focal Point, Too Expensive
Model: fireplace1
Pros: The freestanding cardboard construction features a clean digital white finish that offers a surprisingly realistic mantel appearance for photos and stage sets. I am impressed by the high quality craftsmanship of the ten-minute assembly kit, which allows renters to add a cozy architectural element to their space without any permanent modifications or heavy lifting. This well made prop fits perfectly against a flat wall to create a seasonal atmosphere. Cons: The price point feels significantly inflated for a unit made primarily of cardboard and contact paper. While it is a functional and "darling" decorative piece for temporary use, the material's durability doesn't quite match the premium cost, especially since the "fire" is simply a static digital print.

Flimsy but super cute! READ D
Model: fireplace1
The media could not be loaded. You will need a 24inch TV for this to work. I wish this was constructed from real materials because I like the concept, however, it’s just beautiful, glossy cardboard! You literally have to fold and tuck to put this together. It is so unstable due to the lightweight cardboard. That also makes putting it together a real pain! I bought it for $99 but the original price showed $199 which is crazy! I felt bad for paying the $99, plus I bought the Insignia 24’ for $49 here on Amazon. It’s very beautiful from afar, especially at night. During the daytime, you’ll have to camouflage it with pictures, plants and vases, similar to my own decor. That takes away the attention from the cardboard folds that’s slightly visible. It took way longer than 10 minutes to assemble just because of the flimsy cardboard! It comes with a wall mount but I dont even know if I want to keep it. I feel tricked but I also like it so much.

Exactly What I Wanted for My Study
Model: fireplace1
I’d been looking for a fireplace setup for my study room in my home, and this surround kit turned out to be perfect. I’ve always loved the classic marble look, and this one really delivers—clean lines, elegant finish, and surprisingly easy to assemble. I paired it with my TV playing YouTube videos of natural fire and crackling sounds, and the whole setup creates an incredibly cozy, focused atmosphere while I’m working from home. It adds just the right amount of warmth (visually and mentally!) to the room. Very happy with this purchase.
