Description
Our distressed mantels are perfect for when your fireplace needs to show some serious character. With heavy gouging, your mantel will look like it's got more than a few stories to tell. This is a handcrafted hollow fireplace mantel. Our mantels are hand-made with love and passion. These mantels are as beautiful as they are useful, robust, light, and elegant. The distressed look is achieved by hand with attention to detail. As a result, no two beams are the same and your beam will be one-of-a-kind. Dimensions may vary slightly from selected, due to the nature of the wood and the time effect on it. We use pine boards for our distressed mantels. The final product might appear a bit lighter or darker because of the lighting and nature of the wood.

Just what I was looking for
Color: Provincial
Size: 72Lx6Hx8D
Love this mantel for our fireplace. Hubby had to shave a little off here and there inside to install but that was due to the way the mason installed the boards it had to be attached to. Other than that it was an easy install. Love the distressed look and seems very sturdy, ruff finish makes it a little sticky to clean but overall we are very happy with the size and color goes well with our floors.

Overall we like it. Could be better on the "rustic" distressed wood side of things. But it'll do.
Color: Provincial
Size: 48Lx6Hx8D
The mantel is very nice and well built. I do think the rustic look could be perfected a bit. I'd have liked to see more overall distressing of the wood rather than a few chisled out chunks here an there. You can see these in the photo. Not complaining too much, again the price was great, and the overall build is good. It was well packaged, and very easy to put up. It looks amazing with out new shelves and fireplace. The color was exactly as described. We did have a hiccup with shipping speed, but the company communicated well, and followed through as best they could. It arrived only a couple of days later than anticipated. Again, not complaining, just giving a full account of the purchase :).

Transformed Our Living Room
Color: Brown
Size: 72Lx6Hx8D
We first ordered Brown. It was much more orange and did not look rustic or like real wood. Returned for Provincial and LOVE it. Gave our fireplace an affordable facelift. The quality is outstanding, and it looks far more expensive than it actually was. It completely transformed our living room and has such a beautiful, high-end look.
