If you’re a dude who won’t change his own oil, your man card might be due for renewal. At least locate the dipstick before submitting your appeal. Jokes aside, I think Mobil 1 is great oil and worth the slightly higher price. I want my cars to last, especially these days when replacing one feels like applying for a second mortgage. Even with manufacturers advertising 10k mile intervals with synthetic oil, I still change mine every 5k miles. That’s my personal maintenance preference, not a claim that everyone needs to do the same. I’d rather spend a little more on regular oil changes than see how far I can stretch an interval. Using the correct oil and following my vehicle’s maintenance requirements still matter, but this is an oil I feel good about buying. Meets the 2026 Toyota Tundra oil specs. Mobil 1 should always be good oil. Did a 1,000 mile oil change on our new Tundra and wanted to make sure and get proper spec oil which this is. Imagine the same for all the new generation v6s, Lexus etc. Combined with an OEM oil filter 90915-YZZN3 good to go.
