I've used this on a favorite necklace and it was easy to attach and was worn for the day without issue. The necklace is very lightweight and the magnets tended to slip to the front. Worth a mention but I sometimes have that problem with other clasps as well. I purchased for my elderly mother who has trouble with clasps and I am sure they will work well for her.

These work great, I purchased for my mother in laws necklaces, as her hands do not work like they used to. She can now search all her jewelry again. The only problem was one of her necklaces had a tiny clasp and the hoop on magnetic Did not fit in her clasp....too thick. Otherwise great. Magnetic force is great too. Appearance is perfect, gold or silver!

I LOVE these little wonders! I bought them to replace the ridiculously expensive and useless ones I bought from a major TV jewelry retailer. The expensive ones had almost no magnetization and were round, which made them hard to connect. These head-to-head-style magnets are strong, easy to use and stylish; and the best part -- they're very inexpensive! I highly recommend them and will definitely be buying more. I think lobster claw clasps should become a thing of the past, replaced by magnets -- these magnets specifically.
