I could not be happier. I love these shoes they are perfect for my feet, i swear i want them in all the colors!! This is my second pair (already had them in black and wanted them in white too) and I want to buy a third already. I am regularly an 8 or 8.5 and with these I went with the 8.5 and they fit like a glove, they are made for my feet, I can wear them all day and not a single ache in my foot. I used to use the white chunky onclouds, but dang how they hurt arter trying these. I am a medical assistant and am on my feet most of the day mon-fri 8-5 and best believe these are my everyday shoes, I don’t wear any other shoes that are not my mizuno’s. 10/10 recommend :) If you are between sizes go with the bigger one since when I tried the size 8 at a store they were a bit snug and the 9 was too loose for my taste. If you have a regular size foot (not skinny but not wide) these are perfect with the best toe box for your toes and it will not squish them. ... show more

This is a great shoe. I currently wear the mizuno wave Sky 7 & wave sky 8. I wanted to try a different style in the mizuno line to see how they fit. The wave sky series fits my foot better

Great shoe very lightweight. Not sure of how durable the shoe will be with this new mesh upper to keep the feet cool in summer. (Don’t like to run wearing socks) Mizuno changed the shape of the shoe as you can see from a previous model wave rider 26. This is the wave rider 28, and I needed to go up a half size. More room in the toe box but shorter in length. Just as cushy as previous wave riders, I like the color, good support. I was surprised and satisfied with the price! Sizing (Critical Note): Order a half size up. I’m a consistent 8 in Nike, Brooks, and previous Wave Riders, but the 28 runs noticeably snug in the toe box and midfoot. Swapping to an 8.5 solved everything—perfect length, no heel slip, and room for swelling on long runs. Verdict: If you size up half a notch, the Wave Rider 28 is a near-perfect daily trainer. Stylish enough for casual wear, cushioned for easy days, and snappy for tempo efforts. Just don’t skip the sizing memo—Mizuno’s fit quirk is the only thing keeping this from a full 5 stars ... show more

    • Nice looking and comfortable
This was the fourth time I have bought this brand. It really fits my foot - plenty of room for the toes while not too big in the heel. I think it runs a little small, so you might need to order a half size up.

    • Shoe design causing ankle bruising
Long time Mizuno loyal customer here- and these shoes are the worst! I’ve never had any trouble with any of their running shoes until these. I can’t wear them and now I’m outside the return window because I was hoping “breaking them in” would make them better. Nope. They hit my ankle on the right foot to the point of bruising my lateral malleolus. I looked into this, and apparently this specific model has caused the same problem for other users. Not to mention, I feel the quality of the shoes seems much cheaper compared to older models, more foam. ... show more
