I cannot imagine myself going 13 hours of my work shift with any other brand of shoes. The fit the best, and the most comfortable. But, if I am wearing them while trying to find myself other shoes, I simply cannot choose, because nothing fits so good for me.

I have worn Mizuno wave riders for about 12 years now and worn a size 7 every time. These were very small in the toe box! Make sure you order a full size up. I normally wear 6.5 and will try these in 7.5.

After months of dealing wit Achilles Tendinitis, I saw that the Mizuno Wave Rider had a 12 mm heel to toe drop which is supposed to benefit people with tendon issues. Alas, they were comfortable the first day I tried them on and them became very uncomfortable and exacerbated my ankle issues so I had to return them. A friend with foot issues swears by Mizuno which is why I tried them in the first place. They are great shoes so give them a try but in my case, I am still searching for shoes that feel good and are lower on the heel... ... show more
