I have worn Mizuno wave riders for about 12 years now and worn a size 7 every time. These were very small in the toe box! Make sure you order a full size up. I normally wear 6.5 and will try these in 7.5.

After months of dealing wit Achilles Tendinitis, I saw that the Mizuno Wave Rider had a 12 mm heel to toe drop which is supposed to benefit people with tendon issues. Alas, they were comfortable the first day I tried them on and them became very uncomfortable and exacerbated my ankle issues so I had to return them. A friend with foot issues swears by Mizuno which is why I tried them in the first place. They are great shoes so give them a try but in my case, I am still searching for shoes that feel good and are lower on the heel...

I got the blue color. Love the look of this shoe on and the color isn't too much like so many of the styles these days.. I read reviews and sized up a full size from my regular sneaker size . I wear a 6 B in dress shoes, a 6.5 in Skechers slip ons, a 7 in Brooks and took a 7.5 in these. The shoe fits very well. Roomy toe box and heel fits secure. Foot bed is very comfortable with arch well supported. Foot stays aligned and secure in shoe. All in all I am very happy with the shoe and glad I tried it. My first pair from this brand and probably won't be my last.

Have used Mizuno for years but very disappointed in this shoe. The tongue is sown to both sides of the shoe. I have a high arch and the pressure from the elastic of the tongue was very uncomfortable. I could not stand to wear the shoe. Also, they continue to make their shoes run 'small'. been doing that for years, but the tongue design is a killer for me.
