I have bought Mixology Dice twice now, both times to give as presents to friends who take pride in their knowledge of all things alcohol-related, and they both loved them! My friends both have little personal bar areas in their homes, and I think that this is the perfect addition. They're fun and super creative and they are also well-made and very traditional-looking. Sure, my friend makes a great whiskey sour. And yes, my wife is quite partial to margaritas. But sometimes you just want to roll the dice and create something new. You ever think to add spices to a cocktail? Me neither. I never even heard of adding egg whites to mixed drinks until I saw this. I bought these to give as a gift and once I realized how small they were, I felt like they weren't significant to give as a gift so I had to add more to the package than I had planned. I was surprised by how small the die was in this. I originally purchased as a white elephant gift, however decided to buy something else as I didn't think people would enjoy this. Some ingredients on this die are also bougie- like you'd have to go out and buy a bunch of stuff you'd probably never use again. So, these dice are not for everyone- but possibly a targeted gift for a mixologist (I guess, hence the name). They're not bad, but not what I was expecting. ... show more

I haven't used these yet (I'm giving them as a gift to my partner, who LOVES to make cocktails), but I went through them out of curiosity and I'm so excited to try them out! Lots of combinations, and so many things I would never think of on my own. I bought these dice as a gift for my boyfriend and he moved them! The dice themselves are pretty small and come in a pouch, making it easy to travel with! Overall, I am super happy with my purchase and think these would be a good gift idea or stocking stuffer for someone!
