My 3 year old son got a tiny glass shard while walking barefoot on our wood floor. After a trip to the podiatrist to remove the glass splinter, we said "no more barefoot in the house". These slippers are easy for him to put on, and they are sturdy although slightly wide for his foot. It's okay though because they still stay on his foot very well. Overall a very useful product for us!

So, these immediately felt weird like they are on wrong foot. Looking at the bottom, it seems like there is a right and left but still feel weird. Size 4/5 was purchased. These are much closer to 5 not 4. Unfortunately, after 2 wks of wear they have stretched out to maybe a 6. Too big and fall off feet when going down stairs. Therefore, Not recommended.
