I’m 5’3”, usually wear a small in tops and a size 6 in pants—and the fit was just right! The dress does drag a bit without shoes, but once I put on 2–3” heels, it hit the perfect length. The lace and ruffle details make it feel fancier than the price tag, and it flowed really nicely throughout the night. If you’re looking for an elegant option that won’t break the bank, this one’s definitely worth considering. I really loved this dress. In order to make it work, I did have to take it to a seamstress to alter both the waistline to shorten it and still keep the split ruffle which was very flattering on my short frame. I also had to have the bodice lined since it was sheer lace, and I’m uncomfortable with that. That cost me as much as the dress, but since it was for my son’s wedding, it was still a very affordable option. The 4 stars is really for the quality of the zipper. It was sticky to begin with. Zipper in this dress was horrible! I even bought another one thinking it was the size or the way it was sewn. Nope it didn’t matter. Bummed that my window or time is over or this dress would be going back for sure

This dress was amazing. I have a more hourglass shape and feeling a little fuller in the tummy lately and this dress perfectly accentuated my waist and made me feel beautiful and elegant. I felt super comfortable but was also very formally dressed at the same time! Highly recommend!
