This dress is very pretty! Although I need 1 size up, even now it is still comfortable and has enough stretch. I am typically a 10/12 or 12/14, so I went with the L 12/14. Unfortunately I did not carefully review the measurements on their size guide for the L 12/14. They are a bit smaller measurememts for that size compared to most of my clothing at least. It happens. That's the only reason for 4 stars. **For reference - bust 42, waist 34, hip 44, 177lbs, 5'6.5 You can see in my photos the dress is too tight showing my bra line on my sides and you can see where my underwear are gripping my hip area. I am fairly squishy. It is not uncomfortable, but sure looks it. So a size up would do it! The lace is NOT itchy! Love that. Also, the lining underneath is not sewn to the outer shell anywhere in the lower skirt. It still did not bunch up (it truly has no chance with no room haha). Overall its a very comfortable gorgeous dress... I wish I had 1 size up and I'd give it 5 stars!

There are things I like and don't like. Pro's 1. This dress packs small for a cruise or travel requiring a dress between formal and cocktail length. It will not take up much room in suitcase. 2. Due to lace over the nylon backing, it is easy to get rid of any wrinkles with steaming or wrinkle spray. I would try rolling it and you might not need anything. 3. It is a curve hugging dress if you have curves to hug. 4. I am 5'6" and 138 pounds and the length is fine with heels or flats. It is not floor length. No heming required unless you are on the shorter side. Con's 1. The lace material will pick or catch on certain types of jewelry. 2. It is a little lackluster so more of a blend in to the crowd versus attention getting. 3. The design in the lace is very pretty but hard to see without contrast. I wish the underslip was removable and could be swapped with other color slips. See how the black design pops when on top of my sage green sheet? I think it would be very cool if manufacturer would make the lace sheath with multiple color slips. Meanwhile, it is possible to cut off the black slip except for the part on the shoulders and put a different color slip under the lace. This is something I may try myself. 4. The lace edging around the bodice is floppy and folds up.

The dress is cute! I think it’s lovely if you need something quick and easy, it’s fairly stretchy which is great! The length is beautiful and the dress overall is actually pretty comfy. I got white but the material isn’t very thick meaning it was also pretty see through :( Everyone could lowkey see everything if they looked hard enough, probably even if they didn’t they’d still be able to see something. I noticed some of the flowers were already coming apart? Like they had loose threads (I’ve only worn this once lol?)

It's a very pretty dress, and it fits pretty perfectly, and even does a good bit to conceal minor flaws and problem areas. I don't know if I'd wear it to a wedding, or anything too formal, unless I found a way to class it up a bit more. It might be good for that if I were a bit younger though, I'm not sure. I am 5'8" and this dress is a little shorter than I'd like it to be on me, but it doesn't look bad at that length because of how slight the flare is at the bottom. It will be great for highlighting whatever shoes I choose to pair with it, which is great. I do think it is beautiful, and it's well made and thoughtfully designed, however it's not formal wear materials. The fabrics used for this dress are ones more commonly associated with more casual attire. I think that fact would be evident if it were to be worn to a formal event, and it might cause a bit of discomfort or embarrassment to the wearer.... it is a beautiful dress, but i would say that choosing where to wear it or not would be key. Based on the fabrics used in this piece, I think that the price might be slightly high, but still worth the money if this is a look you really like.
