Super sticky! Never used anything like this before, but I think there pretty awesome. Gave it a bounce test and they seem very sturdy. Had to side by side with my regular bra, which maybe its user error but they don't quite lift like my bra does. Ordered D, I wear a 34D and the cups fit great!
